This site carries more than 40% by value of all residential property for sale in the UK. We also list our clients’ properties on other leading property portals, including Rightmove.

Our Founder

Andrew Reeves has been involved in the world of property for most of his working life, and has acquired a wealth of experience in the Greater London marketplace, throughout the last twenty five years. After trading successfully in residential sales throughout the 1980s, Andrew was at the forefront of the resurgence in the UK lettings market, serving as a National Council member of ARLA – the letting industry's professional body - from 1994 to 1999. As Chairman of their Marketing Committee, he launched, developed and managed the original and highly successful “Buy-to-Let” scheme in 1996. The scheme brought £4 billion of investment into the UK Private Rented Sector during it's first three years, since when the words Buy-to-Let have “entered the language”. Total Buy-to-Let lending now stands at over £20 billion.
